How do I update my postal address?
You can update your address online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
To update your address:

Log in to My RACQ hereto access your personal details overview.

Select 'Contact information'.

Enter your new address under 'Street address'.

Scroll down and select 'Save changes'.
This form does not update addresses for insurance policies or RACQ Bank products. If you have moved, we recommend reviewing and updating policy addresses for your RACQ Insurance policies to avoid any coverage impacts.
You can also update the address for your RACQ Car Insurance policies online. To update the address for your car insurance policy:

Log in to My RACQ here to access your personal details overview.

Select 'Product addresses'.

Select 'Change address' beside the policy you'd like to change the address for.

Complete the address update form.
To update the address for other RACQ Insurance policies, please call 13 1905.
To update the address for your RACQ Bank products:

Select 'Profile'.

Select 'Manage my contact details'.

Select 'Request an update'.

Choose whether you'd like to update your residential address, mailing address or both.

Enter your new address.

Select 'Submit'.
