How do I change my direct debit payment details for my roadside assistance?
You change the direct debit for your roadside assistance online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a list of steps to follow.
To change the direct debit details for your roadside assistance:
Log in to My RACQ here to access your roadside assistance dashboard.
Select the policy you'd like to update the direct debit details for.
Select 'Manage direct debit'.
Select 'Update'.
Fill in the payment details form and select 'Submit' for bank account details or 'Change payment source' for credit or debit card.
Make sure 'Pay by direct debit' is selected.
Read the terms and conditions and check the box.
Select 'Save changes'
