How do I request roadside assistance?
You can request roadside assistance online, using the RACQ Roadside Assistance app or by calling us. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
There are a few ways you can request roadside assistance:

If you have RACQ Roadside Assistance, go to our request roadside assistance page OR use the RACQ Roadside Assistance app.

If you don't have RACQ Roadside Assistance, call 13 1905 to buy cover. A join on road fee of $140 applies in addition to the upfront cost of the roadside assistance cover you choose.

If you're in a critical situation where a person or animal is locked in your car, your car is in a dangerous location, or you prefer to speak over the phone, call 13 1111.
