How do I upgrade my roadside assistance cover?

You can upgrade your roadside assistance cover online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.

To upgrade your roadside assistance cover:

  • icon-step-1

    Log in to My RACQ here to access your roadside assistance dashboard.

  • icon-step-2

    Select the roadside assistance product you wish to upgrade.

  • icon-step-3

    Select 'Upgrade roadside'.

  • icon-step-4

    Fill in the upgrade roadside assistance form. This form includes 'Roadside options', 'Review', 'Payment' and 'Confirmation' sections. Make sure you complete all of these sections.

Please note: Upfront payment is required to upgrade your roadside assistance and your upgrade will have a waiting period. Please read the roadside terms and conditions for more information.
