What does roadside assistance for electric vehicles include?

Whether you drive a battery electric, a plug-in hybrid, a hybrid, or a fuel cell vehicle, you can access the same roadside assistance entitlements available in our five levels of cover, with electric vehicle entitlements included at each level.

Charge top-up to enable the vehicle to be driven to the nearest accessible charging station if in range (where available) or towing to an accessible charging station or your destination in line with your roadside assistance entitlements.
Flat tyre change or, if no spare available, temporary tyre puncture repair (if available and at discretion of attending patrol).
Attendance by an expert patrol who is High Voltage Aware.
No extra cost to have roadside assistance for an electric vehicle.
