RACQ Group and RACQ Insurance may need to collect personal information from you to support you with your inquiry, assess your eligibility for any of our products or services, or to provide general support. By providing your details, you agree to RACQ Group and RACQ Insurance collecting, holding, using, and disclosing your personal information pursuant to the RACQ Group Privacy Statement and RACQ Insurance Privacy Collection Notice, available from racq.com or you can request a copy.

^#The multi policy discount is only available if any policyholder has three or more of the following policies: Comprehensive Car Insurance, Motorcycle Insurance, Mobility Aid Insurance, Fire, Theft and Third Party Insurance, Third Party Property Damage Insurance, Caravan or Trailer Insurance, Home or Contents Insurance, Comprehensive Boat Insurance, Boat Third Party Liability Insurance, Pet Insurance. Your insurance policy or cover will be assessed for premium discount or member benefit eligibility at the time of a new application. If you decide to take out an additional policy or cover mid-term, and it meets our criteria for eligibility, the premium discount or member benefit will only apply on this newly added policy or cover. The remainder of your existing policies or covers will be assessed for premium discount or member benefit eligibility at the time of renewal. When you purchase a new policy, we complete the multi policy discount calculation using the start date of your eligible policies, not the date the policies were purchased. For the discount to be applied appropriately, policies must be purchased in the order of their start dates. We will apply the multi policy discount to your existing eligible policies from their next renewal date. However, if a renewal notice has already been issued for a policy when you become eligible, unless you contact us prior to paying your premium, the multi policy discount will not apply to that immediate renewal and it will instead be applied effective from the next renewal date subject to eligibility at that time.

**RACQ Roadside Assistance loyalty discount is available to eligible RACQ Roadside Assistance members for eligible RACQ Insurance products. The discount available is dependent on the number of years you have been a continuous RACQ member. Eligible RACQ Insurance policies are: Comprehensive Car Insurance; Motorcycle Insurance; Mobility Aid Insurance; Fire, Theft and Third Party Insurance; Third Party Property Damage Insurance; Caravan or Trailer Insurance; Home or Contents Insurance; Comprehensive Boat Insurance; Boat Third Party Liability Insurance; Pet Insurance. Offer is not available to Business RACQ members who have RACQ Roadside Assistance membership at the time of insurance policy renewal or when membership is taken out.
