    Have the following information handy when you call so that we can process your claim faster:

    • Date and time of the incident
    • Location of incident
    • Details of other people or cars involved  
    • Photos of any damage to your vehicle and the other vehicles involved in the incident, if you have any available
    • A police report for losses caused by theft

    • We will assess any damage and quotes for repair
    • We will review liability for the incident
    • We will let you know the outcome of our assessment
    • You will need to pay any excesses that apply
    • We will make payment or authorise any repairs to get you back on the road as soon as possible
