Visit your local RACQ store with all the required documentation and we’ll submit your claim on your behalf.
We’ll process your claim as quickly as possible.
You may need to have an onsite assessment done. If so, we’ll contact you to arrange an assessor and/or building consultant to visit your home. If you have your own quote, please let us know when you make your claim.
Once your loss has been assessed and your claim accepted, we may authorise repairs and/or the replacement of your items through our preferred suppliers.
