What to expect

Many members have been impacted by the recent storms and while we're working hard to reach every single member, it may take us a few days to contact you once we receive your claim. Once we're able to reach you, we will begin assessing the damage and organising agreed repairs so that we can get you and your family back into your home or car.

We really appreciate your patience during this challenging time. If you are in an unsafe environment due to the damage, please call us or contact us through Live Chat (available Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5pm). We are experiencing high call volumes and longer than usual wait time, but we are prioritising members who are in unsafe conditions.

We have deployed additional staff to our Orion Shopping Centre RACQ branch and the Mobile Member Centre will be in the shopping centre carpark from 8am, 3 November to assist with claims in person. Please check RACQ's Facebook and Twitter feeds for updates.
