How to upgrade your RACQ Roadside Assistance

    Compare your options

    You can compare your roadside assistance options online in just a few minutes. Upgrades are prorated, so you’ll only pay for the time left on your current policy. You will have to pay for the full year if you upgrade shortly before the renewal date*.

    Once you know what you want, the easiest way to upgrade your cover is to log in to My RACQ and select 'Upgrade Roadside Assistance'.

    Check your waiting period

    If you’ve upgraded to RACQ Everday Plus, RACQ Ultra Care, RACQ Ultimate Care or RACQ RV, a 72-hour waiting period applies for all additional entitlements.
