RACQ isn’t simply an organisation – it’s a promise to make a difference to the lives of our members now and into the future. While RACQ has evolved over the 115 years we’ve been serving Queenslanders, we still honour that promise with solutions that deliver security and prosperity.
In our workplace, flexible working is championed, colleagues become friends, and employees are recognised for their contributions while still being encouraged to develop and grow.
With 1.7 million members, we’re big enough to make a real difference in our community, yet we’re small enough to nurture your professional and personal development.
RACQ careers are never one-sided. If you’re passionate about making a difference, we want to take that journey with you.
Our values go beyond pictures on the wall and aspirational slogans. They were developed by our people for our people, and capture our deep commitment to our members, employees, and the Queensland community.
We believe in the power of genuine connection and empathy - for our people, our members, and our communities.
Our commitment is to serve and support members and each other, beyond simply 'doing business'.
We earn trust by always doing the right thing by our members and each other.
Our heritage and future centre on a commitment to excellence in every action we take and decision we make.
