    At RACQ, we offer our employees:

    • Paid parental and adoption leave: 12 weeks paid leave to primary caregivers and two weeks paid leave to the non-primary caregiver after 12 months of service
    • Purchased leave: Eligible employees are able to buy up to an additional four weeks of annual leave each year
    • Paid community leave: Eligible employees can take one day of paid community leave per year to work with local charities
