RACQ Fleet Portal Admin Account Set Up

The online fleet portal gives you an overview of your company details, product information, service preferences and allows you to manage your vehicles online.

Privacy

RACQ may need to collect personal information from you to support you with your inquiry, assess your eligibility for any of our products or services, or to provide general support. By providing your details, you agree to RACQ collecting, holding, using, and disclosing your personal information pursuant to our Privacy Statement and Assistance Privacy Collection Notice, available from racq.com or you can request a copy.

How to pay

  • BPAY: Biller Code 47480. Please use reference on your tax invoice.
  • In person: You can pay your invoice at any RACQ Store. 
  • By phone: You can pay by credit card by calling the RACQ Business Services team on 1800 069 543.  

Important information

  • Roadside Assistance Accounts: A monthly statement of account will be issued by RACQ for Roadside Assistance calls and associated costs (towing, batteries etc.) This account is to be paid in full within 31 days of its issue date to ensure continuation of service to the Fleet vehicles.
  • Fleet Portal: Once your membership is set up and paid, RACQ will load your vehicle list into the portal. You will then be given a link and log in details to maintain the vehicle list. It is up to your company to maintain your vehicle list once log in details have been provided.
