Radio numbers issued WIFI dongle numbers issued I have read and understood the Mobility Centre Code of Conduct, have been briefed on Emergency Procedures and have completed the Mobility Centre Site Induction I understand that I am responsible for providing safety and induction briefs and supervision for the duration of the hire, to all persons taking part in this activity I have been issued a UHF radio and/or WIFI dongle at the time of signing in and will return these items to the Mobility Hub at completion of my hire. I understand that I am responsible to ensure any issued radios are turned on, accessible and monitored at all times for safety/emergency communication.
