You can resume your pet insurance claim form using the link in the email we've sent you. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
To resume your pet insurance claim form:

Log in to your email account and look for the email we sent you. The subject line will be 'Your pet insurance claim has been saved - Reference Number XXXXXXX'. -
Open the email and click the link. -
Enter your surname and date of birth. -
Select 'Retrieve claim'.
Please note: You can only use this link within 14 days of saving your claim.
