About this privacy notice

The Trustee for the RACQ Community Trust (ABN 21 080 516 911) and The Trustee for the RACQ Community Fund (ABN 65 370 893 161) (collectively RACQ Community) collect the personal information you provide to assess your application for funding or support, to become a RACQ Community volunteer, or for other related purposes that would reasonably be expected in connection with RACQ Community funding, volunteering or community activities.

Depending on the circumstances, we may also use the personal information you provide for the purposes of promoting and tracking the impact of our RACQ Community activities (including identifiable information where consent has been obtained or would be reasonably expected in the circumstances). We may disclose it to The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland Limited (ABN 72 009 660 575) and its related entities, our community partners, contractors, service providers and suppliers, Australian regulatory authorities, or to the public as part of our promotional activities. We may also disclose it to third parties for the purpose of undertaking reference checks or making informal enquiries in relation to your application.

If you choose not to provide your personal information, we may not be able to proceed with your application.
