Tips for saving with RACQ Member Benefits

Whether you’re looking for discounts on everyday items, like fuel and groceries, or want to treat yourself to some shopping from some of Australia's most-loved brands, RACQ Member Benefits* has a wide range of offers to help members save more.

By using the program, you will join the RACQ members who saved more than $22.32 million^ in FY23 by making the most of RACQ Member Benefits.

Follow these three simple steps to start saving:

1. Set up My RACQ

To access your Member Benefits you will need to log into My RACQ via the ‘Login’ tab on RACQ.com. If you haven’t already set up your My RACQ account yet, you can do so here.

Once registered, you don’t need to know your log-in details to access My RACQ. Simply enter your email address when prompted and click ‘Next’ for instructions on how to receive a one-time passcode.

By setting up My RACQ you will have access to your digital membership card. You can then use the card to access discounts at participating retailers such as Repco and Caltex.

2. Save RACQ Member Benefits to your device for easy access

Now that you have My RACQ set up, you can add RACQ Member Benefits to the home screen of your mobile phone or preferred device.

Simply open this page on your preferred device, select ‘Add RACQ Member Benefits to your home screen’ and follow the prompts.

When visiting RACQ Member Benefits you can:

• Browse offers across Australia and New Zealand 
• Search by category, keyword or location 
• View your previous purchases in one convenient location 
• Enjoy easy access to your membership card.

3. Start shopping

For some of our partners, such as Caltex and Repco, you can simply show your RACQ membership card in-store to receive your discount.

For our other partners, you will need to redeem your member benefits online.

For example, if you would like to purchase discounted Australia Zoo tickets, you would need to:

• Log in to My RACQ under the ‘Login’ tab on RACQ.com.
• Go to the Member Benefits page
• Search ‘Australia Zoo’ in the search field
• Select the ticket type and the quantity
• Click ‘Add to cart’
• Enter your payment details and confirm your purchase.
