Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla
The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) congratulates Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla on their Coronation.
RACQ President and Chair Leona Murphy said the Coronation was a momentous occasion for the Monarch, the United Kingdom, and the entire Commonwealth, as well as RACQ.
“We extend our deepest congratulations and well wishes to Their Majesties,” Ms Murphy said.
“RACQ maintains great pride in the Royal prefix, having had it bestowed on us in 1921 in recognition of our patriotic duties during the Great War, and it’s a title we will continue to wear with honour.
“As we continue to help our members and communities transition to a more sustainable future, we share King Charles’ passion for sustainability and the environment, and welcome the positive progress he will no doubt bring during his reign.”
