Strengthening communities by showing up together
Strong communities are built when people are willing and able to help one another.
As volunteer participation declines, RACQ has a unique opportunity to rally our members, employees and partners to give back, rebuilding a culture of community spirit and service across Queensland.
Through practical and inclusive volunteering, we are mobilising our network to strengthen local organisations, support communities where help is needed most, and build long‑term social resilience.
Our ambition
- Mobilise Queenslanders to help: RACQ will mobilise volunteers, including RACQ members and employees through inclusive opportunities, regional capacity-building, and partnerships that make it easier for people to give back.
- Essentials first: To provide essential assistance during times of need, such as disaster relief meals and clothing, helping communities stay connected and supported when it matters most.
What RACQ is doing
We support an inclusive transition by working alongside partners, backing practical initiatives, and advocating for fair access, with a focus on action on the ground.
