Find your nearest dump point

Caravanners who do not stay in caravan parks for the entirety of their holiday may need to access public dump points during their trip.

Appropriate waste disposal is an important part of caravanning and camping. Public dump points offer a place for caravanners to dispose of grey and black water, as well as sewage waste. Visiting a dump point is the most environmentally friendly method of emptying waste from a caravan.

Most dump points will also provide a hose for rinsing holding tanks. Unless stated otherwise, be careful not to use this hose to refill fresh water tanks, as the hose may not contain clean drinking water.

Some public dump points will be housed at monitored sites. Before visiting a dump point, try to call ahead to confirm the opening hours.
