MotorFest 2026 Display Vehicles
If you have registered your vehicle for display in this year’s MotorFest, you will receive your Vehicle Exhibitor Event Guide in the next two weeks. Please email events@racq.com.au if you do not receive your pack by Friday 5 June.
Your pack will include a ‘Display Vehicle Event Guide’ which includes the allocated entry times for vehicles to arrive on Sunday 14 June. These times and entry points are also available below:
It is imperative that you arrive at your entry point at the allocated time to ensure vehicles are parked as efficiently as possible within the display areas.
If you are exhibiting as part of a car club or group, it is recommended that you assemble outside the venue prior to your allocated entry time to ensure you drive in to the MotorFest site as a group so you can then be parked and displayed together.
- Please note that spaces cannot be held for latecomers
- Entry into MotorFest is by pre-registration only – no vehicles can be registered on event day
- Vehicles will only be accepted between 7:15am and 9:30am – any vehicles arriving outside these times will not be allowed into the event site
- All vehicles must travel at walking pace inside the venue
- If your vehicle is coming on a trailer, there is a dedicated trailer parking area within the venue, please follow the directions from parking marshals onsite.
