Group Chief Executive Officer of RACQ
Joining in March 2020, David leads the Club to deliver long-term, sustainable value to its members. With 30 years’ experience helping guide financial services institutions, including Suncorp Group and ANZ Limited, to success, David has a strong connection to his home state of Queensland. David is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce.
David is a director of the Australian Automobile Association (AAA), Australian Motoring Services (AMS), QLD Ballet and Netball QLD.

MJ Bellotti joined RACQ in September 2021 as Group Executive Member and Community and has more than 25 years’ executive experience. She is passionate about driving purpose, delivering excellence, creating value for members and building a sustainable Club that contributes positively to the broader community. Prior to joining RACQ, MJ was the Chief Development Officer at BESIX Watpac and has held senior executive roles across diverse industries including Suncorp, Thiess, Laing O’Rourke, Barclay Mowlem, and James Hardie. Her roles have spanned Marketing, Sales, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, and Strategy. MJ studied International Marketing at Stanford University, completed an MBA from the University of Queensland and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is an Industry Fellow at the University of Queensland and a director of the Queensland Symphony Orchestra.

Group Company Secretary
Brad Bowes is a member of the RACQ Group Executive. As Group Company Secretary, he also has particular responsibilities as company secretary for all the legal entities within the RACQ Group. He leads the Group Secretariat with responsibility for internal audit, aspects of corporate governance, and for managing all matters associated with the efficient and effective operation of the various boards and committees and of each annual general meeting. Brad is a chartered company secretary and governance professional with significant experience in senior management and similar governance roles in both private enterprise and the public sector across a range of industries.

Group Executive Insurance
Tracy Green is the Group Executive Insurance at RACQ. Tracy has more than 25 years’ experience in general insurance, having held executive position across multiple functions in the value chain including, portfolio management, product and pricing innovation, claims management and distribution. Prior to joining RACQ, Tracy held executive positions at IAG, Suncorp and TIO.
Tracy is a Board Director of the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA). She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Group Chief Risk Officer
Ailsa commenced in the role of Group Chief Risk Officer in March 2021, having joined the RACQ Group in 2011 as the Financial Controller for RACQ Insurance and moving to the position of General Manager Finance for the RACQ Group in 2014. As Group Chief Risk Officer, Ailsa is responsible for managing RACQ’s second-line risk and compliance functions, corporate fraud, regulatory affairs and complaints management. Ailsa is also an independent member of the RBWH Foundation’s Audit, Finance and Risk Committee. Prior to joining RACQ, Ailsa held multiple management roles in finance and financial policy across the superannuation, public sector and banking industries.

Group Chief Financial Officer
As Group Chief Financial Officer, Michael is responsible for managing RACQ’s financial performance & balance sheet. This includes financial and regulatory reporting, budget and forecasting, capital management and taxation.
Michael also manages the group’s Strategic planning and initiatives, in addition to management of the Group’s Analytics, strategic enablement/execution of the Group’s projects and property activities.
Michael joined the RACQ Group in 2002 as Financial Controller for RACQ Insurance before being appointed to Chief Financial Officer – RACQ Insurance in August 2007.
Prior to joining RACQ Insurance, Michael held accounting and financial management roles across a number of industries including sports management and construction.
Chief Technology Officer
Bernadette joined RACQ in February 2021 as the Chief Technology Officer responsible for setting RACQ’s technology strategic direction and delivering solutions to staff and members across Assistance, Insurance and Banking. Bernadette has more than 20 years’ experience in large scale business and technology transformation working across a range of industries. Prior to joining RACQ, Bernadette was the Chief Information Officer for Brisbane City Council and has held senior positions in organisations including Virgin Australia, Aurizon and Rio Tinto.

Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Heidi oversees the strategic human resource direction across the RACQ Group. With a HR career spanning more than 25 years and multiple industry sectors, Heidi is experienced in aligning people practices to organisational culture values and business strategy. Heidi’s areas of responsibilities include human resources, learning and development, industrial relations and corporate legal, organisational development and change management. Heidi is an internationally-experienced and industry-recognised human resources and corporate shared services executive with a track record in business transformation and people performance.

Group Executive Assistance
As Group Executive Assistance, Glenn leads a large team which provide a range of 24/7 automotive and lifestyle solutions to members including roadside assistance, batteries, automotive glass, travel and the Mobility Centre. Glenn has more than 30 years’ commercial experience in operations and logistics. He is Chair of RACQ Automotive Services and Members Travel Group, a Director of Club Assist Corporation, RACQ Operations, Australian Club Consortium and ACC CAD. He also chairs the Corporate Advisory Board for the Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors.

Group Executive Banking
Joining RACQ in December 2020, Michelle leads our RACQ Bank team, bringing her more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, working for organisations including Bank of Melbourne, Westpac and the Commonwealth Bank previously. A proud Queenslander, Michelle has a passion for member-based organisations and has worked hard to support her community with a particular focus on women, youth, education and homelessness. Michelle is a Graduate of the Company Directors Course, is a member of the AICD, and has completed an MBA through Melbourne Business School.
