Meet Katie O’Reilly, an RACQ Bank Mobile Lender who is based on the Gold Coast.

Katie worked with the Queensland Teachers Credit Union (QTCU) before joining RACQ Bank where she gained experience as a Branch Manager and Lending Manager.

Now, as part of the Mobile Lenders team, she mostly travels across the Gold Coast region visiting members, local stores and agencies to discuss all things money.

“One of the things I love most about working for RACQ is the brand – everyone knows and trusts our name,” Katie said.

“As a Mobile Lender it’s great to be able to help the member from beginning to end – talking about a home loan, writing the loan and then working with them right through to settlement.

“Members also really love the convenience of us travelling to them.”

When Katie’s not helping members with their home loan she’s focused on her family and hobbies which include holding a second dan black belt in tae kwon do and competing in half marathons.

“RACQ gives me the ability to have hobbies and a life outside of work,” Katie said.

“Working from home gives me two extra hours in the day to run my little one to daycare or to train.

“I love the work flexibility as it means I can do it all now.”
