RACQ awarded Canstar’s Most Satisfied Home Insurance Customers in Queensland
RACQ has been awarded the Most Satisfied Customers for Home Insurance in Queensland title by Australia’s biggest financial comparison site, Canstar.
The coveted award, based on a survey of more than 4,687 policyholders from a range of insurers, analysed individuals’ overall satisfaction with their provider, as well as their satisfaction with specific aspects of their policy including customer service, value for money, cost, comprehensiveness of cover and communication.
Amongst the considered insurers for Queensland, RACQ scored highest in the majority of categories including customer service, value for money, comprehensiveness of cover and communication.
Overall, customer service and value for money were the two most important drivers of satisfaction for those surveyed.
Chief Executive Insurance Trent Sayers said as a member-focused insurer, RACQ was proud to be recognised for offering exceptional service, particularly at such a challenging time for the insurance sector.
