RACQ receives national award for home insurance claims satisfaction
The award is determined by a national survey of Australian policyholders measuring their overall satisfaction with their recent home and contents insurance claims experience.
The survey scores consumer satisfaction across components specifically related to claims including timeliness, process, quality, ease and speed.
Chief Executive Insurance Trent Sayers said RACQ was honoured to be nationally recognised for providing outstanding claims satisfaction to members.
“We are extremely proud to have received this award, as it shows that we are doing the right thing by our members and supporting them through every step of the claims process,” Mr Sayers said.
“While it is a challenging time for the insurance sector, we remain committed to delivering an outstanding claims experience and we thank our members for having that trust in us.
“We also thank our dedicated teams, who are always finding ways to improve the claims experience and provide exceptional service to our members in their time of need”.
RACQ Insurance was also recently awarded Canstar’s Most Satisfied Customers for Home Insurance in Queensland title, as well as 5 Mozo awards including the titles Highly Trusted and Excellent Claims Experience.
