Up to $20 million in legal liability if an accident occurs at your insured address -

Investigating leaksIf a leak has caused loss or damage to your home, we pay up to 10% of the home sum insured for the costs to locate the source of the leak. -
Clean-up costsWe pay up to 10% of the home sum insured for the cost of cleaning up the mess or damage caused by a thief, vandal or forensic police investigation.

LocksWe pay up to $1000 per claim to re-key, recode or replace locks on external doors at your home if keys are stolen from your home and the theft is reported to police. This benefit has no excess but other excesses may apply.

Home modifications after serious injuryWe will pay up to $25,000 for modifications required to your home if you, or any family who permanently lives with you at the insured address, are diagnosed with quadriplegia or paraplegia after an insured event.

Demolition and removal of debrisOn top of the home sum insured, we will pay up to 20% of the home sum insured to demolish your home and remove any debris that is caused by an insured event.

Increased landlord fixtures and fittingsIf you're a landlord and your house is rented out to tenants, you can increase your cover for floor coverings, shower screens, window coverings and other fixtures and fittings. This amount is settled in addition to the limit listed under the included benefit 'Landlord fixtures and fittings'. -
Motor burnoutGet cover for loss or damage to domestic electrical items up to 10 years old (e.g. garage doors, air-conditioning unit).
