Tell us what happened

Read your Policy Schedule and the associated Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) to see what you’re entitled to claim

The below information will help us get your claim started:

  • Your vehicle registration number and that of anyone else involved
  • Your RACQ policy number
  • Details of what happened and when
  • Details of anyone else involved in the incident
  • Details of any towing company used
  • A Police Report Number (if applicable)
  • Any other supporting material
