Things to note

This special RACQ offer is limited to the state of Queensland, and service areas may apply. 

The standard RACQ offer is that members receive 10%-off the RRP on Whole Home Systems and 10%-off Replacement Filters. 

Discounts are for a fully installed Complete Home Filtration whole-home filtration systems and/or reverse osmosis under sink units. This offer excludes supply only and rainwater tank systems. 

The discount applies to the product's full RRP and standard installation services. 

Standard system installation means: 

  • Access to the mains inlet pipe to the home
  • It does not require the breaking of concrete, aggregate or other hard surfaces 
  • No more than 3m of copper piping 
  • No more than 1 hour of standard shovel excavation work
  • No tunnelling under or requiring access under poured aggregate or other surfaces
  • Install placement to be agreed between the plumber and property owner 
  • Any installations or consultations outside these standard parameters will incur additional costs, which will be quoted before installation work commences
  • Additional charges for non-standard installation will be charged at the cost of material and labour

The RACQ member discount will not apply to these extra charges. 

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (internal or external). 

This offer is only available for new customer enquiries (starting from 5 May 2025) or for RACQ members looking to buy additional Complete Home Filtration all home systems or upgrade on other owned properties.  

Individuals who have previously enquired or received a Complete Home Filtration Water Test Consultation and/or already have a quote/deal in the Complete Home Filtration system are excluded from this offer. 

Customers who sign deals or confirm for installation who then cancel; cancellation fees do apply, and deposits are not refundable.
