Queen’s Wharf project to impact Brisbane drivers
RACQ has warned motorists of changed traffic conditions around the Queen's Wharf Brisbane project from tomorrow.
Construction work would see a temporary lane closure in Margaret Street, between William and George Streets, from Monday 30 April to Monday 21 May 2018. The closure would help protect workers and motorists while piling work was carried out along the site boundary on Margaret Street.
RACQ’s Lauren Ritchie said locals needed to ensure they had planned around the changes.
“We know vehicles and pedestrians will still be able to access Margaret Street while this work’s undertaken, but it’s important drivers plan ahead in case there’s congestion in the area,” Ms Ritchie said.
