Get ready for a grape time

Put your best foot forward at the Kingsley Grove Winery Grape Stomping Festival.

Kingsley Grove Winery will host their second annual Grape Stomping Festival on Saturday, 1 February.

Guests will be able to traverse the vineyard and select their grapes before having the chance to participate in the age-old tradition of grape stomping.

Competitive grape stompers can also battle it out for bragging rights and see who has what it takes to fill their bottle first.

The event is open to guests of all ages with children five and under free. In addition to the stomping, children can also enjoy a jumping castle, face painting and a waterslide.

Tickets must be purchased before the event (ticket sales end 30 January) and are $65 per adult and $20 per child (aged five – 14 years).

Included in the ticket price is a harvest lunch featuring South Burnett produce including cheese platters, gourmet baguettes, woodfire pizza, salads, desserts and a glass of wine. There will also be soft drinks, beer and spirits available for purchase.

Guests can enjoy the harvest lunch in a dedicated alfresco area or bring blankets and chairs for a personalised picnic. The Cellar Door will also be open for a dine-in experience.

During the harvest lunch and into the afternoon, guests will be entertained by live music.

Participants are welcome to stay in their caravans on-site during the festival but will need to book when purchasing their tickets. There are also several nearby accommodations options in the South Burnett region which can be found here.

Bookings can be made online or by contacting Kingsley Grove Estate on 0414 230 128.
