RACQ Annual General Meeting to be held online
Learn how to join our first fully virtual AGM.
RACQ Members are invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 17 November.
To protect the health and safety of members, this year’s meeting will be fully virtual, for the first time.
RACQ President Bronwyn Morris said the AGM was an opportunity for members to hear about their Club’s achievements and results from the past financial year.
“This year, it’s even easier to be part of the meeting with a fully virtual event allowing members from all over Queensland to take part from their home, their workplace, or even out and about,” Ms Morris said.
“From the comfort of their couch or desk, members will be able to not only watch the event live, but also ask questions of Board members and executives.”
Members should log in to the meeting at least 15 minutes before the 10am scheduled start using the instructions below:
- Enter racq.com/AGM into a web browser on your computer or online device.
- Members will need to enter their member card number.
- Proxyholders will need their proxy code that Link Market Services will provide before the AGM.
More detailed information, including how to appoint a proxy, is available here.
