Members can now access a discount or complimentary item at more than 300 participating restaurants, cafes and takeaway venues across the State.

The program’s expansion coincides with new RACQ research revealing almost 70% of Queenslanders were eating out less as a result of cost-of-living pressures.

RACQ General Manager Member Loyalty and Benefits Karen Wynn said the Club is pleased to continue expanding the ways members can save.

“With cost of living top of mind for Queenslanders at the moment, we’re extending our Member Benefits program to include a broader selection of food and dining deals,” Ms Wynn said.

“Whether it’s a discount on an ice-cream at Baskin-Robbins, a meal at Brisbane’s iconic Caxton Hotel or takeaway from Burrito Bar, we know every little bit helps.

“No matter what your budget, or cuisine you feel like, we’ve got a wide range of options to suit all Queenslanders.

“We’re proud to have so many great options as part of this new offering and are pleased we can continue supporting our members with saving on day-to-day purchases.”

Ms Wynn said accessing the discounts online is simple with your RACQ login details.

“Before you head out for your next meal or dessert, make sure you search our online Member Benefits platform to see all the places where you can save,” she explained.

“Once you’re ready to pay at the venue, simply login in via your My RACQ account and click ‘redeem’ to receive the discount code.”

Here’s a breakdown of how you can access the new discounts.

• Visit the Member Benefits website to choose from more than 300 participating venues.
• Ensure you have your My RACQ login details handy before heading to the venue.
• When you have your bill and are ready to pay, log into My RACQ and choose the offer from the venue. 
• Once you have selected ‘redeem’, there is a 15-minute window before the discount expires, so make sure you only click on the offer when you’re ready to pay at the venue and not at home.
