How do I change my direct debit details for my pet insurance?
You can change direct debit payment details for your pet insurance online using My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
To change the direct debit details for your pet insurance:

Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard. -
Select the pet insurance policy you'd like to change your direct debit details for. -
Scroll down to the 'Payment details' section and select 'Change payment details'. -
Complete the change payment details form. This form includes 'Change payment details' and 'Review' sections. You must complete all sections to change your direct debit details.
Please note:
- Payments can be delayed up to 10 days past your original due date.
- Payment changes can be made up until the day before the policy is due to be debited.
- You can update your bank account and/or credit card details up until the day before the policy is due to be debited.
