How do I choose whether I want RACQ to send me emails or letters in the mail?
You can choose to go paperless online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
Going paperless is easy. To change your communications preference:

Log in to My RACQ.

Select 'Account preferences' from the menu.

Check 'Electronic' next to each of your RACQ communications.

Scroll down and select 'Save changes'.
