How do I set up direct debit as my payment preference for my roadside assistance?
You can set up direct debit for your roadside assistance online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a list of steps to follow.

Log in to My RACQ here to access your roadside assistance dashboard.

Select the policy you'd like to update the direct debit details for.

Select 'Set up direct debit'.

Select ‘Set up direct debit’ and select the vehicle/s you would like to connect to direct debit.

Accept the Direct Debit Terms and Conditions.

Enter your payment details and select 'Save details'.
