This Report is a general check of the "health" of the system and does not cover any warranty requirements or provide evidence to support warranty claims.
This Inspection covers the components of the solar power system only. Additional items like solar hot water heaters are not included.
The functionality of the inverter only will be checked, not any monitoring software or an associated smart meter.
This Solar Health Check does not make allowances for RACQ Solar to ensure any product is part of a recall.
If we identify any critical electrical issues during the Inspection, we may immediately disconnect the affected component(s). Please refer to clause 3.3 of the Solar Health Check Terms and Conditions for more information.
The cost of the Solar Health Check does not cover any special access equipment (for example a scissor lift) required to gain access to the PV array.
If the roof pitch is too steep to safely conduct a Solar Health Check, we reserve the right to cancel the Inspection (see clause 5.1 of the Solar Health Check Terms and Conditions for further information).
