Step into the future at the Future Zone

The Future Zone is back in 2025 with the latest in vehicle technology to explore, including information about EV charging and how we can be more sustainable in our homes.

After the huge success last year, the electric vehicle test drive zone is also making a return.

In addition to the Tesla Model Y and Tesla Model 3, almost 15 EVs have been provided by exhibitors for you to test drive, including models by smart, Leapmotor, Subaru, Toyota, Kia and BYD.

When you arrive, head to the Future Zone to secure your spot.

If you want to book your test drive in advance some manufacturers are offering the opportunity to pre-book.

Head to our website and find the manufacturers with the ‘book a test drive’ button. Spots are limited so be quick!

Join our roadside assistance centenary celebration

We’re toasting to 100 years of RACQ Roadside Assistance this year!

Celebrate with us in the John Reid Pavilion where you can see our beautiful historic fleet and a range of memorabilia from the archives.

We even have an old phone booth and you can experience calling in an assistance job – just like our patrols used to all those years ago.

While you’re there, please share your RACQ roadside rescue stories with us. There are so many incredible stories, from roadside births to remote rescues – we want to hear about when our patrols helped you.

Check out the feature marque

Iconic American carmaker Chrysler is also celebrating its 100th birthday!

The Chrysler Owners Club of Queensland will show us why the brand has stood the test of time as one of the most famous and influential.

Thanks to their passionate members, there will be dozens of stunning early and late model Chryslers to marvel over.

In addition to the Chryslers, there will be 500 incredible cars on display, including vintage, veteran and classic models.

Enjoy plenty of FREE family fun

There’s something for every family member at MotorFest!

Enjoy free rides and face painting in the Kids’ Zone as well as roving entertainment, including stilt walkers, acrobats and a jazz band.

Close the day by grabbing a spot in the grandstands or lining the footpaths on Gregory Terrace to watch the vehicle cavalcade as all the vintage vehicles leave the venue.

And don’t forget to grab a showbag!

The popular RACQ showbags are back this year in the Main Arena and the best part is they are free when you download the RACQ Fuel and Deals App.
