What you need to know about your roadside assistance travel entitlements

We know how stressful and inconvenient a breakdown can be. We want to help you get to where you need to be as soon as possible. Our premium roadside assistance products include travel entitlements you may choose from when you have suffered a breakdown 100km or more from your home*. Depending on your situation there are different travel entitlements available to you.

Your options include:

  1. Accommodation: for when you want to wait for your vehicle to be repaired at the location
  2. Rental vehicle: for when you want to continue your journey while the vehicle is being repaired
  3. Accommodation plus rental vehicle: for when you want to wait at the repair location and want to rent a vehicle while yours is being repaired
  4. Alternate transport: for when you want to continue to your destination or return home while the vehicle is being repaired in the town closest to the breakdown
  5. Vehicle recovery: for when you choose to have your vehicle transported to your chosen location, and arrange alternative transport
