Roadside assistance is changing

Changes to RACQ Roadside Assistance products

We know the way Queenslanders move is changing. That’s why we’re excited to announce we’ve refreshed our roadside assistance to support the way you move.

• Device cover: We now have options for e-scooters, e-bikes, mobility scooters, wheelchairs and more. You can cover your device on its own or get roadside that includes your devices and other vehicles.
• Larger vehicle cover: We've extended our vehicle eligibility to now cover vehicles up to 4.5 tonnes on any of our standard roadside options and we’ve introduced cover for larger vehicles and RVs weighing up to 8.0 tonnes.
• Entitlements: We’ve reviewed the entitlements across all our options to make sure you’re getting the best value.
