Conditions, limits and exclusions apply. RDS and RACQO are in the RACQ group of companies. One of the companies in the RACQ group of companies has a minority shareholding in RACQI.

Home Bundle Terms and Conditions

1. The Home Bundle Offer (Offer) provides eligible RACQ Bank members with up to a 15% discount on RACQ Insurance Limited (RACQI) combined Home and Contents Insurance, Home Building Insurance, or Contents Insurance. To be eligible, all the following conditions must be satisfied:
   • The insurance policy is active and remains continuously in force.
   • The Offer is accepted on or before 28 July 2025.
   • A home loan application is submitted by close of business on 28 July 2025, and the loan is funded within 90 days of that date.
2. The discount is only applicable while your policy remains in force. Any lapse, cancellation or interruption in coverage voids the discount, and RACQI will not reinstate it or apply it retroactively to a policy restored after lapse or cancellation.
3. The discount applies exclusively to insurance covering the Home and/or Contents at the risk address linked to the eligible home loan under this offer.
4. If the member makes any policy changes to their insurance cover that require an additional premium to be paid (after the initial insurance policy is taken out), the member must pay that amount.
5. The Home Bundle Offer is no longer available for new eligible customers and will continue only for those existing customers who are already receiving it as of 28 July 2025.
6. The Offer applies only to residentially secured home loan products for investment or owner-occupier purposes. It does not extend to loans for businesses or companies. 8. The Offer is not available to any directors, officers, management, employees and other staff of RACQ, or their immediate families.
9. When a home loan is refinanced from another bank, RACQI’s combined Home and Contents Insurance, Home Building Insurance or Contents Insurance policies will qualify for the discount once the home loan is funded, provided the offer was accepted prior to 28 July 2025.
10. For property purchases, insurance policies are to be created once the purchase contract is signed or at loan submission, however Home Loan plus combined RACQ Home and Contents Insurance, Home Building Insurance or Contents Insurance discounts are conditional on the home loan funding within 90 days of the date of the submitted application.
11. Members who already hold at least one insurance policy issued by RACQI may be eligible for additional discounts. Visit racq.com for information on how your premium is calculated and what discounts may apply. After first applying any available discounts, a further discount of up to 15% will be applied as a Home Bundle Discount to calculate the premium payable, provided the Offer was taken up prior to 28 July 2025. In addition, a one-time-only online discount may also be applied at the inception of an insurance policy (after first applying any available discounts and the Home Bundle discount) as a dollar amount reduction in the premium payable. The calculated premium may include additional taxes, charges, and levies, which may impact the total discount received.
