We’re completing planned maintenance this weekend between 11:00pm Saturday 16th October and 2:00am Sunday 17th October (AEST).

This schedule will impact the following banking systems:

  • Internet banking,
  • Mobile banking app
  • Phone banking

EFTPOS and ATM services remain unaffected during this period.

RACQ online account

The RACQ website uses many different technologies that might not be supported by out of date browsers. To ensure you have the best online experience, check that your web browser version is up to date.

If you continue to experience issues, please contact us with your details about the device and web browser you are using. Eg: I am using an Iphone 6 with Safari.

Please check that your membership number is current. You can find this on either your member login screen, your roadside renewal document or by calling one of our friendly service consultants on 13 1905.

Logins don't work when the browser you are using does not support our 3rd party validation software. Please enable all scripts to load whilst on our website. The process is different for each browser so please use a search engine to help you.

Using Chrome:

If there is a shield in the top right corner of the window, click the shield and select 'load unsafe scripts'. This will allow your quote to complete and a media tracking script to run.

Tickets & discounts

When purchasing a WISH or a Woolworths Group eGift Card, your RACQ membership discount will be applied at the checkout, just before payment.

You need to select a suburb from the drop down of suburbs provided. If your access is slow or limited on your mobile device, you may need to keep the postcode box selected for a few seconds until the drop down appears.

RACQ mobile apps

Due to low penetration rate of Australian users with Windows devices, at this time RACQ does not have plans to expand its mobile apps to Windows platforms. We are monitoring the market and will change our approach should things change.
