A little thanks goes a long way

Staffroom for Improvement has come to an end and we have enjoyed reading the 5,684 thank you notes written about Queensland schools. At RACQ, we think teachers do a pretty amazing job and we can see from your thank you notes you think so too.

Staffroom for Improvement was all about showing appreciation for our Queensland teaching community and an overwhelming 586 Queensland schools were acknowledged in 2018.

Of course, there could only be one winner… Congratulations Ingham State School, the winners of a $20,000 staffroom makeover!

We can’t forget the winners of our runner-up prizes:

  • Congratulations to Geebung State School and Vale View State School, they have each won a $1,000 eftpos gift card as runners-up
  • Geebung State School has also won a $1,000 eftpos gift card for having the most thank you notes

You’ve shown that a little thanks can go a long way!

Thank you notes

Check out the thank you notes and see the ways Queenslanders are thanking our education community.
