Yes. Once your application has begun, click on Save application in the bottom-right hand corner of the form. You will be prompted to enter a few details.  When you wish to retrieve your application, return to the form in question and click Retrieve your application. An email with a reference number will be sent to you –  enter this along with other details as prompted and you can resume your application from where you last saved it. 

ADIs are banks licensed by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) to lend monies that are guaranteed by federal government to refund the money should the bank default. This means your money is government-guaranteed, giving our members extra peace of mind their money is safe with RACQ Bank.

You can change your contact details including your phone number, mobile number, email, mailing or residential address by contacting us on 13 1905 or visiting your local RACQ Bank branch.

This depends on the type of bank account you have with RACQ Bank. ATMs may charge a withdrawal fee, which is levied by the ATM owner and not RACQ Bank.

Customers with other types of transaction or savings accounts may be charged ATM withdrawal fees. However, these fees may be rebated under our Fee Rebate Scheme. Please refer to our Fees and Charges Schedule for a full list of transaction fees.

With Bank@Post, RACQ Bank members can bank at any Australia Post outlet that displays the Bank@Post sign.

At Bank@Post you can:

  • Deposit up to $9,999  in cash per day
  • Make up to $1,000 of withdrawals per day
  • Deposit cheques post
  • Pay your credit card bills
  • Perform financial transactions for your business

Please note: Bank@Post deposit via EFTPOS has been temporarily suspended from 27 July 2017. Members will still be able to use all other features of our Bank@Post service to deposit and withdraw funds.

    To use Bank@Post all you need is your RACQ Bank Visa Debit card or rediCard and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

    At RACQ Bank we focus on lending responsibly, but we also understand that your circumstance can change.

    Financial hardship could mean that you are concerned about or unable to repay what you owe or are experiencing difficulty meeting your repayment obligations. This could be the result of an unexpected event or unforeseen changes outside your control.

    Some common examples of difficulty may include but are not limited to the following:

    • Reduction in income
    • Injury or illness
    • Relationship breakdown
    • Natural disaster or drought

    RACQ Bank is committed to assisting and supporting any member facing financial hardship. If you are concerned about your ability to meet your loan or overdraft repayments to us, please phone us on 13 1905 or complete our Hardship Form (link to this to be included) and send it to Collections@racq.com.au

    An experienced staff member will assess your application and a decision will be communicated to you within 21 days.

    If you need it, you can also get independent advice from the National Debt Helpline. This is a free service with dedicated people in each state that will work with you to understand your circumstances and help with next steps.
